The project consists of the fit out of 4 floors of amenity space including the reception area to 2no apartment blocks.  Yoga Gym area, kitchens and lounge spaces.

Also fit out of 87 No apartments both 1 bed and 2 bed.  The project duration was 52 weeks. 

 

External works comprise of the construction of apartment balconies and steelwork installation to the top floors of both blocks for plant and external garden areas.
