26 Chapter Street is a conversion from an existing seven storey commercial property into an eight storey residential complex with 31 one to four bedroom boutique style apartments, with a BREEAM rating of excellence.
A sixty four week project which included complete structural re-modelling, building two new lift shafts and a central stair core and adding a new level with double mansard roof..
New services through out which includes a heat recovery, communal heating system and storage units and photovoltaic panels on the roof which all combined gives an extremely efficient and cost effective building.
